Stellenmarkt-Monitor Schweiz des Soziologischen Institutes der Universität Zürich
Der Stellenmarkt-Monitor Schweiz (SMM) unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Marlis Buchmann verfolgt das Ziel, zur Arbeitsmarkttransparenz beizutragen und eine breite Öffentlichkeit über aktuelle Entwicklungen auf dem Stellenmarkt zu informieren. Der SMM beobachtet den schweizweiten Stellenmarkt mittels kontinuierlicher repräsentativer Erhebungen der Stellenanzeigen auf den wichtigsten Inserierungskanälen der Unternehmen. Die gewonnenen Daten werden analysiert, kontextualisiert und mit anderen Arbeitsmarktdaten wie beispielsweise den Stellensuchenden- oder Beschäftigtenzahlen kombiniert. Dadurch werden wissenschaftlich fundierte Kenntnisse über den Schweizer Arbeitsmarkt gewonnen, und zwar sowohl über kurzfristige Schwankungen als auch über mittel- und langfristige Entwicklungen.
